SAYBROOK TOWNSHIP — A lifelong love of no-bake cookies has become a business for Randy Trask, who is working on the venture with partner, Beth Holko.
Trask remembers his mother making no-bake chocolate cookies for his family which included five children.
Trask said she would make the cookies all the time.
“I learned to make them myself and put my own spin on them,” he said.
